# Evergreen Designs

> Websites for small businesses, built from the business’s own look, set up in its own name, and changed whenever the owner rings. There’s nothing for the owner to log in to, update or fix.

Evergreen Designs is a trading name of Limena Labs Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, number SC890201.

## How it works

- The first call: about fifteen minutes on what the business does, who comes to it, and what it wants a visitor to do next: ring, book or come in.
- Then we make a first version of the site, the design, the words, every page, and show it to the owner. The call and the first version are both free.
- If the owner wants to go ahead, we make the changes they ask for and set the site up in their name together. Their domain and their site sit in their own accounts; if we part ways, nothing has to move.
- After launch, a change is one call: new prices, summer hours, a new service, photographs of the latest work. No editor to learn, no plugins to update, nothing to log in to.

## What every site has

- The business’s own look: its colours, its sign, its van, its photographs.
- Made for phones: the number, the hours and how to find the business within a thumb’s reach on every page.
- Built properly for search, and added to the business’s Google Business Profile.
- Readable by everyone: clear type, strong contrast and a description on every image, checked before launch.
- Nothing underneath to go wrong: no plugins to update, no database to patch, no login to forget. The only running cost is renewing the domain.

## Prices

All prices are plus VAT.

- A new site: £1,000 (£1,200 with VAT), paid only once the owner has seen the first version and wants to go ahead. It covers five pages designed from the business, the changes asked for, setting up the accounts, launch, and the site added to the Google Business Profile.
- Extras: about £250 each: online booking through the business’s own booking account, more pages, or a tool made for the trade.
- The first thirty days of questions and fixes after launch are included. Then the owner chooses how changes are made:

- Pay as you go: £30 a change
  - Each change made within ten working days
- Basic: £20 a month
  - One change a month, made within five working days
  - Your domain renewal and settings watched, and anything broken fixed
  - A yearly check that your site, prices, hours and Google profile agree
  - A report emailed on the 1st of each month: how many people visited, and how many tapped to call, email or find you
- Plus: £45 a month
  - Three changes a month, made within two working days
  - Everything in Basic
  - Fresh photographs or offers, up to four times a year

A change is a small edit to a page the business already has: text, a price, a photograph, a service added or taken away. Bigger changes, new pages and new features are quoted first. A plan ends on thirty days’ notice, and the site keeps running.
