Who we are

Evergreen Designs is a trading name of Limena Labs Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, number SC890201, and the controller of any details you send us through this site. Registered office: 0/2, 17 Cardon Square, Renfrew, PA4 8BY. Email hello@evergreen-designs.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you use the form on this site, email us or speak to us on a call, we keep what you give us: your name, your business’s name, how to reach you, what the business does, its website if it has one, and who sent you to us if you tell us. We use it to reply, to arrange the first call and, if you go ahead, to build and look after your site. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry about our own work and, once you are a customer, the contract with you.

Where it goes

An enquiry from the form goes straight into Limena, the customer records system that Limena Labs Ltd makes and runs, in our own workspace, so it becomes a contact and a follow-up without being retyped. The form itself is served by Limena and sets no cookies. Limena keeps its records in the United Kingdom and the European Union and lists the services it relies on at limena.io/security/sub-processors. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone else, except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then for the period our accounting and legal records require, after which it is deleted. If you’d rather we didn’t keep an enquiry that went nowhere, email us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email the address above and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
